Aloha! My name is Sadie, and I was diagnosed with both Celiac and EOE (immune related) 17 years ago. Like many of you, it requires me to eat Gluten Free (GF) 100% of the time so I know how difficult it can be to find safe GF dining options. Maui currently has only one restaurant that is 100% Gluten Free, and dining changes are frequent on Maui with current economic and food import conditions. Due to this, information found online is often outdated from travel and dietary aps, blogs, or guides about Maui GF dining options. I am the only Gluten Free concierge living on island.
